Board of Directors

The initial directors of Commissioned by Christ were sought out for their unique talents and abilities by the founding officers: Jessica Aldrich, Ryan Woodard, and Joseph Coyne.  There are five directors of the Corporation at any time.  Directors are classified in two classes, the first being composed of three Directors and the second of two Directors. Each class has a term of office of three years; however the second class will have an initial term of five years. The Board of Directors is currently comprised of:

 

Ms. Jessica Aldrich

Jessica is a graduate of George Mason University with dual degrees in Communications and Government & International Politics. She spent four years as an active member of GMU's Catholic Campus Ministry, and her last year as part of the student leadership team of the organization. Jessica has worked on several humanitarian issues including education, human trafficking, and international human rights for women and children. She has been on two Alternative Spring Break trips, one domestic and one international; she has also helped plan retreats and pilgrimages. Currently, Jessica is working overseas in Peru as a volunteer ESL teacher at a Catholic university.

 

Ms. Nichole Dalusung

Nichole graduated from George Mason University with a Bachelor of Music, Vocal Performance. She is currently pursuing graduate studies in Music and Arts Entrepreneurship at GMU. Nichole is involved in Music Ministry and Youth Ministry at her parish, All Saints Catholic Church, as Choir director, accompanist, and cantor. Nichole was a Student Campus Minister at GMU's Catholic Campus Ministry for two years. She attended two Alternative Spring Break trips, one to the Dominican Republic in 2006 and one to Connecticut in 2007. Nichole has also participated in the Junior High and Foundations High School Work Camps in 2004, 2005, 2007, and 2008. Currently, Nichole is the Associate Director of Music at All Saints Catholic Church and is a General Music teacher at All Saints Catholic School. Additionally, Nichole has been a volunteer teacher for Catholic Charities Hogar Hispano ESL night classes, is a volunteer EMHC to Prince William Hospital, and is involved in Theater Ministry.

 

Mr. Ralph DiCicco

Ralph graduated from the University of Massachusetts (Lowell) with his Bachelor's degree. He attended George Washington University for his Graduate Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering. Ralph has been involved in his church as an organizer of Lay Eucharistic Ministry off and on over the last twenty or more years. He also works in Homebound Ministry and holds a position as Church Social Committee Chair. Ralph and his wife participated in a mission trip together where Mrs. DiCicco cooked the meals while Ralph organized and planned the meals (recipes, shopping lists, etc.). Currently, Ralph is a Government Engineer.

 

Rev. Jamie Workman

Father Workman, originally from Pennsylvania, graduated from Bellefonte Area High School in 1993 and went on to earn his Associates Degree in Business Administration in 1997 from Northern Virginia Community College. After attending NOVA, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from George Mason University in 2000 and then went on to the seminary where he earned a Masters of Divinity and a Masters in Theology from Mount Saint Mary’s Seminary. He was ordained a Priest in the Diocese of Arlington in June 2006. Father Workman is currently the Parochial Vicar at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church in Alexandria, Virginia.
