Global Missions

Commissioned By Christ, Inc. (CBC) is a Catholic, non-profit organization bringing adults and families closer to Christ through short-term mission trips to serve the needs of the poor. As a missionary, you will celebrate the sacraments, engage in the corporal and spiritual works of mercy, and build friendships. On the mission trip, you will be working side by side with people from the local community. Each day will include teamwork on a designated project determined by our mission site partners, as well as time for group and individual prayer, reflection, celebration of the Mass, and group discussions.

In the months prior to the mission trip, missionaries are required to attend three team meet-ups, which prepare missionaries practically, spiritually and catechetically. After the mission trip, the team will come together once more to reflect on the journey and learn how to incorporate the missionary spirit into our daily lives.
